Won the lottery? Congratulations! Follow these steps to receive your winnings securely.

If you've checked your numbers against our official results and found a match, you are ready to claim. The process varies slightly depending on your prize amount.

Important Requirement

You must possess the original physical or official digital ticket intact. Torn, mutilated, or forged tickets will be rejected. Claims must be made within 30 days of the draw date.

For Prizes up to ₹10,000

Prizes up to ₹10,000 can be claimed directly through your account dashboard if bought online, or from the retail seller where you purchased the ticket. The amount will be transferred to your registered bank account.

For Prizes above ₹10,000

Major prize claims must be submitted to the Directorate of Punjab State Lotteries. You will need the following documents:

  • The original winning ticket signed by you on the back.
  • A fully filled Prize Claim Form (available for download).
  • Two passport-sized photographs (attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary).
  • A copy of your PAN Card.
  • A cancelled cheque of the bank account where the prize money is to be transferred.
  • Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License).
