1. Introduction
Welcome to the official portal of Punjab State Lotteries. By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Any participation in the lotteries will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Punjab State Lotteries, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Not be an employee of the Directorate of Punjab State Lotteries or an immediate family member of an employee.
- Reside in a jurisdiction where playing government lotteries is legal.
3. Purchasing Tickets
All sales are final. Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred. The Directorate holds no responsibility for lost or stolen physical tickets.
4. Drawing and Prizes
Drawings are conducted in a secure environment certified by the state government. The results published by the Directorate are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between the drawn numbers and the numbers published on this website, the official draw records shall prevail.
5. Prize Claims
Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw date. Winners of amounts exceeding ₹10,000 must submit original physical tickets and required identification documents to the Directorate's office. Taxes will be deducted at the source as per the Income Tax Act.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Directorate is not responsible for technical errors, network failures, or inability to access the website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel draws in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
